Summary
HEM Academy™ hosts Monthly Networking in Spanish, each month with a different theme. November focuses on gender based and financial violence awareness, strengthening boundaries, and protecting your stability. You will join structured round tables to share real life wins and challenges, learn from others, and leave with one simple action plan you can execute over the next 30 days. Printable mini workbook and post event toolkit included.

Event Description
November is a month of awareness and action. Many people think violence only means physical harm, but control can also show up through isolation, intimidation, manipulation, and financial restriction. Financial violence often looks like blocked access to money, forced debt, hidden accounts, sabotage of work, constant monitoring, or pressure to sign documents without clarity.
In this session, we keep it practical and respectful. You will reflect on your boundaries, your warning signs, your support system, and your financial safeguards. The goal is not fear. The goal is clarity, protection, and stronger decision making.

This month also aligns with the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women on November 25 and the 16 Days of Activism that begins on November 25 and ends on December 10. This context supports the month’s focus on awareness, prevention, and informed choices.

What you will cover (Round Table Topics)
Awareness and red flags: patterns of control, manipulation, and escalation
Boundaries that protect: what you allow, what you stop, what you document
Financial violence basics: common tactics and how to reduce vulnerability
Stability plan: income protection, access, passwords, documents, and emergency basics
Support system: how to identify safe people and build a plan you can activate
One 30 day commitment: one action you will execute and how you will track it
