It started with one conversation and became a movement of transformation
In 2017, Hesy Landesbaum invited a small group of women to talk about life, work, and money.
Each had a story. Each had potential. What they all lacked was structure, a way to turn dreams into results.
Those conversations became Hablando Entre Mujeres, a place to learn, plan, and grow.
Years later, that initiative evolved into HEM Academy, a digital learning platform that uses automation, structure, and innovation to help people lead themselves first.
Today, HEM Academy connects members across industries and countries through masterclasses and events, virtual and in person, making learning and technology work together for real progress.

Hesy Landesbaum | Founder & CEO, HEM Financial Group LLC
Hesy Landesbaum is a licensed financial services professional, investor, and financial and business strategy consultant with over 20 years of experience.
She has led teams and advised multicultural clients across the United States and Latin America, helping them build financial stability, business strength, and leadership capacity.
Hesy built her career in New York City’s Financial District, where she earned multiple leadership recognitions while holding executive roles at ING Group, MetLife, Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, and New York Life.
She has been featured in and recognized by prestigious publications and organizations, including Yahoo Finance, Top 100 People in Finance (U.S.), Marquis Who’s Who in America, the Society of Foreign Consuls (SOFC) in New York City, and LULAC (League of United Latin American Citizens), among others.
